Dear CREW San Diego Members,
It's been an honor to serve our chapter this year and I am proud of many things we were able to achieve. Our most notable accomplishment was working on our strategic plan for the chapter with help from current and past board members, as well as input from CREW Network. This strategic plan will allow us to have a roadmap for moving forward and making positive change within the organization with the goal of better serving our members and our communities as the leading commercial real estate trade organization in San Diego. We are working hard to provide meaningful educational programs to keep our members abreast of what's happening in San Diego within CREW and help our members identify business opportunities and areas for growth. We strive to be inclusive, thoughtful, and impactful with all that we do and use this as our north star. I am confident Alexis will lead our chapter well next year and continue with the momentum we've started this year. We thank all our sponsors, partners, and volunteers for their commitment to CREW.

As the incoming president for 2025, I am thrilled to share my excitement for the year ahead and the opportunities we have to make it an incredible year.
Reflecting on 2024, Liz highlighted our accomplishments, made possible by our thriving membership base, incredible sponsors, tireless committee members, dedicated board of directors, and our exceptional chapter executive, Donna Schweitzer. It has been truly inspiring to witness how this 250+ organization is driven by each member's love, sweat, and commitment. Thank you for all your contributions to CREW San Diego!
This year, we partnered with TW2 to spotlight our impressive membership base through award nominations. It is clear that CREW San Diego is filled with influential women who are driving the industry forward. I am confident that together, we will continue to make significant strides. Additionally, our board has put in extra time and effort to reflect, analyze, and develop a refreshed three-year strategic plan. This plan ensures that CREW provides maximum value to our members and sponsors while staying aligned with our mission of accelerating women's advancement in the commercial real estate industry. As we turn our attention to 2025, we will continue to focus on driving impact and value for all of you. We welcome your feedback on ways we can improve and will be seeking it consistently throughout the year.
